The wicks are made of Natural Cider, and all components, including colorants, are Non-Toxic. 

These candles are designed to induce a state of hypnosis.

Allow for an hour or more for the process in a private setting where your meditation will not be disturbed.

It is common to loose your sense of time, prolonging the duration needed. 

It is required to insure candle is away from any combustible materials as the flame can reach heights of 2-5 inches periodically,
